Vendor Guidelines & What to Bring



  • Required Equipment for Vendors

    • All vendors must provide their own:

      • 10x10 canopy (required for all booths) - Important: All canopies must be secured with weights on each leg for safety.

      • Tables & Chairs

      • Display materials

  • Payment Process

    • Vendor payments are due at the end of the market day. You will receive an envelope to record your sales and submit payment.

  • Market Day Schedule

    • Set-up Time: 7:30–8:00 AM All vehicles must be cleared from the market area by 8:30 AM.

    • Take-down Time: 3:00–4:30 PM

    • All vendors are required to remain set up until 3:00 PM — Please no early departures!
